My entire experience with Arabella Apartments has been a great one thus far. From applying to be a resident, to moving in, to submitting maintenance requests-- 5 stars across the board! I had moved from Florida and wasn't able to view the unit or complex prior to signing a lease, but Keith Spiegelman was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions, showed proficient knowledge in all areas of concern, and made me feel confident in my decision to move here! The maintenance team takes their job very seriously and responds EXTREMELY quickly to requests. The complex is extremely well taken care of, my apartment is gorgeous, neighbors are friendly, and the location is awesome. I'm so happy to have found Arabella!

My experience ended up being a 5 star because of Manager Keith, and new Manager Michelle. I was in a very awkward and uncomfortable situation at my old apartment, and it was these two Managers who heard me, helped me, cared about what was happening, and now I love my new place they helped me with. A small shout out to Manager Amanda as well. Ive always loved this place. Access to freeways and everything....quiet for the most part although it's growing like everywhere else. I recommend these apartments but come with open mind because it is a busy transient area, true. Lots of diversity and nice Shoppes and lots of parks for pets. Ty Keith and Michelle for acting professionally, and treating me so kind.

Great community especially for the price of the neighborhood. Community filled with young to middle aged professionals. Community is quiet and peaceful top floor apartments have huge vaulted ceilings.
