I recently moved in and the process was very easy, I really like my unit and the neighbors. I think this apartment complex offers a phenomenal value for everything that you get for the price. Dolores and Dave are both really nice and helpful and responsive! If you are considering touring or renting, I would recommend it.

Lived here for nearly 2 years. Although the property is older, the maintenance was very responsive to any work orders I needed and the community was maintained pretty decently. All buildings were painted while I lived there and it went pretty well. I thought the paint choice was nice too. Property manager David was always great to work with and move out was pretty painless. Received my deposit back (minus utilities) in less than 30 days.

We lived at Arabella for 2 years and did not have a great experience. -The move-in experience was difficult. There was a ton of misinformation and surprise fees. The team in the leasing office has changed, and the current staff are better so this may have improved since our move-in. -The walls and floors are so thin. We could constantly hear what was going on in the apartments next to and above us. -This complex states they are smoke-free, but it is not well enforced. Our apartment constantly smelled like marijuana smoke from the people living above us. After directly asking those neighbors to stop didn’t work, I went to the leasing office for a solution. It took tons of back and forth (and on some occasions being gaslit by the leasing office - they told me they didn’t believe the people above us were smoking because they were so “respectful”, even though I had witnessed it and they had admitted it to me) before the issue was solved. Also, when I told the leasing office I was concerned because my job does random drug testing, they just told me not to worry about it because “you can’t test positive from the smell”. -Our patio door was already broken when we moved in. I reported the issue on day 1 (and multiple times throughout our lease). The door was never fixed. -There are constantly people yelling in the parking lot at night. If you want a peaceful living experience, don’t live here.

Under current management, Arabella has become a pleasant place to live. I appreciate David and his team’s anttentive and prompt service. Thank you!
