DONT LIVE HERE! They lied about what floor we were going to live on, we had rat issues and pipes making loud noises all the time, couldn’t use our glass door for months which they did not inform us about before moving in. Nicole the manager is terrible person who is ready to fight and has no communication skills at all, she should not be working there. I mean if you see your name in negative reviews every time don’t you think you should be nicer or change your ways? We also had a broken window when we moved in that they didn’t fix for months or tell us about. They don’t care about your safety at all, Truly ridiculous how they handle things there. They also expect you to pay for everyones utilities even if you don’t use something you’re still paying for the others which is unheard of. Now they are trying to tell us we or them money for carpets that were completely fine they just want new carpets and expect us to pay for it. Don’t live here at all especially for the price.

This was one of the worst apartment complexes,I have ever lived at. I would recommend people NOT live here, especially NOT in #209. The property manager is evil and inconsiderate, she yelled at me and treated me like I was a child when, I'm a 38 year old women. My washer and oven didn't work, she never even, tried to fix it. The kitchen was dirty when I moved in. Then she over charged me every month until the time I moved out. She also caused me problems in my personal life. The neighbors were not understanding and very rude. This is a strict apartment complex with no leniency on anything. Enjoyed living in the DTC neighborhood. It was awful living at Arabella.

I moved out in July 2022… Owed the money made an overpayment in August…. First I was told I’d get my refund of the overpayment in a week then it was sometimes it takes 30 days then it was 60 days ok understandable.. apparently they sent it to the wrong address. Still waiting on my refund. I have given them my address twice and still not here. I’ve tried to talk to Nicole but of course she’s never available. I’ve tried calling her and emailing her but no response. Horrible communication with her. I’ll update on receiving the payment. As of today 12/1/22 STILL WAITING.
