UPDATE: For the ones who were sent to collections illegally for un legitimate debts, do this: 1- don’t waste time reasoning with The manager, she is a low class thief 2- Don waste time with NCS, they don’t care if the debt is legitimate, they just care to make a commission. 3- DONT DISPUTE ONLINE, if you plan to sue them. 4- Gather all your evidence like payment receipts, emails and payment history and send dispute letters to your credit reporting agencies (Transinion, Equifax and Experian). Send them your move out disposition and EVERY PAYMENT YOU MADE ON DOMUSO that says “POSTED” Give it 30 days and that’s it. They won’t be able to verify their lies. And all debt will be cleared from your credit reports. If you don’t plan to sue them, then dispute online. The manager is a sorry excuse for a human, she hates her life and hates her tenants too. Don’t let this miserable person ruin your credit and your possibilities of moving out to a better place. MOST IMPORTANTLY NEVER COMMUNICATE WITH THE MANAGER OR HER OFFICE IN PERSON OR PHONE, INSTEAD WRITE IN AN EMAIL THAT YOU ONLY ACCEPT COMMUNICATIONS VIA EMAIL OR LETTERS. That way you have evidence. 😉 They have done an amazing job erasing bad reviews and having their employees wrote fake 5 star reviews saying how amazing this place is. They will wrongfully charge your account to see if you notice and when you dont, they fix the book and keep your money and erase your entire two year payment history so you can’t evidence your claims, same with move out costs. Property manager is Apparently is too busy all the time to do her job and feels harassed when you have to email her more than once bc she never got back at you with an answer. The bar this company AMC uses to qualify their managers is low AF, that’s why their managers don’t last, regional manager get demoted…… hahaha this place is a joke. But hate on amc, these are he people who hire property Managers at $28/hr, obviously the pplWho go after this job aren’t the shiniest tool in the shed.😉

Nicole is a criminal and we are working hard into bringing her to justice. Anyone who has information about fraudulent activity on their residential account, payments gone missing , wrongful charges false credit reporting done by this property manager and AMC please email me to be added to a lawsuit. Very bad service, When you terminate your lease they charge additional money for nothing. It was the worst experience.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Im so glad we are moving out here shortly. I have many complaints about this place. I hope they get shut down!!! We have mice, cockroach, and ants in our unit. Never had this kind of problem anywhere else I have lived. Our floor has not been fixed since we moved in not sure when they are going to fix that. When it snows they dont put down any ice melt so its super icy in the parking lots. Main lobby is always dirty. Fire alarms goes off random times during the night. Doesnt get turned off You can hear everything! The turnover rate on employees is crazy since ive moved in you see new faces every few months. Parking sucks. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Horrible complex stay away , very decent buildings , high costs additional charges and bad management, police here every time cuz car theft,tight parking hard to find a spot and if its full there’s nowhere to park outside , sick everyday because was very cold on winter and hot on summer is like living on the streets bad heater and ac .

This apartment is not habitable due to various issues and bad management, they try to steal my car several times , waking up every morning wondering if my car still there , it was real nightmare,its not safe to live here,the parking spots ridiculous , and the additional charges every month are crazy ,please stay away from scammers , when its cold the heater system stop working I asked them to fixed all they do send maintenance guy and ending to say everything is good after a long day of work honestly i prefer to sleep in my car then spend a night here , summer time there is an old AC on the living room , so good luck with xcel energy . This was the worst experience of living such a complex in my life.

It’s a great place to live. The girls in the office are a pleasure to deal with regardless of the issue. Management is on top of getting everything taken care of when I have any issues maintenance or other wise. The gym is accessible 24/7. They have a pool and hottub open year round. For the price and everything else I just mentioned, I recommend the Arabella to everybody looking for a calm quite safe and respectable place to live. Thank you to both the ladies in the office, your both amazing!!
