I have to say that I love this community and the office team is amazing! Greg and Fernando do an amazing job as part of the maintenance team. And Mayra and Kelly are always willing to help with anything you need, super friendly and always smiling.

This place is disgusting. For the amount they charge, look at the propertyâs around the Arabella. They are MUCH MUCH nicer for the same price. This place is a joke. It smells, the apartments are out of date and dirty. Floors are destroyed. Maintenance doesnât do a thing. And the nasty nasty manager Kelly is a disgusting deplorable human being. They will steal from you, lie to you, and not help you with anything. Please save your self from the worst living experience youâll have in Colorado and look else where. You will regret renting at the Arabella

Terrible parking lot. Lots of pot holes and only fits one car. Have to pull to the side if another car is coming. Office staff wasnt the most professional. Made us wait for our appointment

Met with Kelly she is the regional manager she is amazing was able to provide all the information I needed gave me a tour of the community. The apartments are really spacious and excited that they have a year round pool. Look forward on making this my new home.
