In response to my previous request below: Thank you very much Mayra and Alex, for the action in response to my request, the Pest Control company was visiting me and working to resolve the situation. ############################################ Now I have mice in my apartment!!! Apt. 804. Disgustingly, I have small mice in my apartment, I have reported it to the Administration, they told me they would go to fumigate and they didn't, in fact they still haven't, I have bought traps on my own and caught some. If you want to live among mice, you are welcome!!! PS: I will be uploading the photos soon ############################################

UPDATE: Once again don’t not live here!!!!!This company is trying to ruin my credit still and refuses to remove even though they know it’s their mistake.. You lie and try to streal money from your renters this place needs to be investigated. They also write fake reviews and try delete bad ones. Seriously they shouldn’t have a 3.4 rating its being rigged by them DONT LIVE HERE! They lied about what floor we were going to live on, we had rat issues and pipes making loud noises all the time, couldn’t use our glass door for months which they did not inform us about before moving in. Nicole the manager is terrible person who is ready to fight and has no communication skills at all, she should not be working there. I mean if you see your name in negative reviews every time don’t you think you should be nicer or change your ways? We also had a broken window when we moved in that they didn’t fix for months or tell us about. They don’t care about your safety at all, Truly ridiculous how they handle things there. They also expect you to pay for everyones utilities even if you don’t use something you’re still paying for the others which is unheard of. Now they are trying to tell us we or them money for carpets that were completely fine they just want new carpets and expect us to pay for it. Don’t live here at all especially for the price.
