We had over 20 maintenance emergencies in our time here. We had maintenance in our unit so often the maintenance would greet us when out and about by asking us if there was water in our apartment. Then they wanna charge us a $1000 fee on moving out? Scam artists

I can tell you all the negative reviews are true. Previous manager got fired for literally stealing money. The new manager is as incompetent and shady. They do lots of illegal things here specially during move out like faking disposition charges using pictures from other units to evidence their false claims. Donât believe they 5 star reviews there a few reviews from a Keith spiegelman was a leasing specialist here, so that tells you that they use their employees and fake google accounts to write good reviews.

Crooks!!! No communication after move out while overcharging and creating fake overdue bills. Sending to collections prior to any communication. Avoid this shady âbusinessâ at all costs. They will be hearing from my lawyers soon.

I moved away because of pest issue. There were mice in my apartment before I moved out. When the pest issue started, the trash in the community was not picked up for more than a week and you can see mice running around. Neighbor quality has been decreasing. They did send the pest control company to deal with the issue. However, I ended up buying my own traps to catch the mice. I talked to the leasing office about the issue and they mentioned that I am not the only one that was suffering from this issue. My old apartment number is 622. Be aware of this issue if you want to rent from this place.

Right when we moved in things started falling apart right away!!! Then we were told we would have a brand new washer when we moved in and we had to wait 1-2...
