Arabella Apartments has been the worst possible experience for an apartment I could have ever imagined. I figured $1,400 a month on the first floor it must be a good apartment, but that couldn't have been farther from the truth; the looks will deceive you. It was more like high-cost, low-quality, BIG PROBLEMS: Cheap plumbing; bathroom ceilings raining nasty water down for weeks; bedrooms flooded causing destroyed property; toilet water leaking through your floors causing mold infestations in your bathroom; and they sneakily try to end your lease early and fraudulently overcharge your last month's rent. And to top it off, they don't give a crap about the tenants at all, they just do whatever they have to, which is take complete advantage of you, to trap you in an overpriced lease to get your rent every month.

My son and I have been renting here for a year and a half, we have had a great experience from day one. When and if there have been ANY issues or problems they have been attended to promptly and professionally. I have experienced bad property management in the past... many times. I have also rented at properties that seemed great then moved in only to find a lot of things didn't work and wouldn't get fixed unless I fixed them. Not once have I ever asked for anything that needed attention that wasn't handled almost immediately. This is one of my best rental experiences by far EVER. The staff Jamie, Tatiana and David have gone out of their way to make this a comfortable and happy home for both my son and I. They are hard working sincere people who I have respect for and come to love!! I would (and have) recommended this property to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Overpriced, covered up crap apartments with paint, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to make them look like "luxury" apartments. When all you get is continuous leaks in your apartment, no central air, continuous renovations/construction going on and a staff that won't try to accommodate when you complain all while you pay $1500 a month for a tiny one bedroom. From day one, they messed up our rent amount and then charged us fees for not paying the correct amount on their mistake! They told us that we should verify our rent EVERY month we get billed to be sure it's correct.....isn't that part of their job? And why would my rent vary from month to month? If you want to save money, don't be fooled by the pretty model they show you, it's all crap!! There are plenty of other apartments that are cheaper, bigger and way nicer. I should know because I found one and am so much happier.

Jamie has been wonderful, helping us make a long distance move very easy. The grounds are lovely and well maintained with lots of shady areas, The neighborhood has tons to do and close to everything. Our neighbors are nice and friendly. All in all this is a great apartment complex and a great place to live!
