If you don't mind going 48 hours without hot water (still not fixed as I type this and there is one boiler for the ENTIRE building) and you like having your place trashed and lights left on when maintenance enters your home, this is the place for you!! Gave maintenance permission to enter my apt to fix a bathroom issue in the apt below mine and my bathroom was left a disgusting mess. A few days ago we had them come fix a leak in our bathroom and, again, they left the bathroom a mess, left two lights on all day, and "very politely" left the work order papers on the floor. They don't open on Sundays so while the staff is enjoying their day off, we are left wondering when our hot water will be turned back on. I am not one to leave negative reviews as I come from the property management industry in the past and I understand things happen, but to go two days without any hot water (on top of the blatant disrespect of my home by maintenance) and have the management not even let you know what is going on or ETA for repairs, is beyond unreasonable. Saving some money in rent because it's an older property is not worth this nonsense. Look elsewhere.

we were lived in this apartment about 7 month and moved out from here to other state for work. It was really very good experience here. The best thing is very good management. I see Manager and assistant manager both were friendly and support. it is very good place to live.

Arabella Apartments has been the worst possible experience for an apartment I could have ever imagined. I figured $1,400 a month on the first floor it must be a good apartment, but that couldn't have been farther from the truth; the looks will deceive you. It was more like high-cost, low-quality, BIG PROBLEMS: Cheap plumbing; bathroom ceilings raining nasty water down for weeks; bedrooms flooded causing destroyed property; toilet water leaking through your floors causing mold infestations in your bathroom; and they sneakily try to end your lease early and fraudulently overcharge your last month's rent. And to top it off, they don't give a crap about the tenants at all, they just do whatever they have to, which is take complete advantage of you, to trap you in an overpriced lease to get your rent every month.
