The staff at this apartment complex has been the best. I’ve lived in so many apartment complexes over the years and this one by fare outshines the rest. I had to be out of my old apartment ASAP and they did not hesitate to move me in and make me feel welcomed. If you’re looking for a wonderful home I would highly recommend these apartments.

As soon as my lease is up I'm out of here. I moved in right before the new management took over and I had high hopes. The first month of new management they lost my check and I had to close and open a new checking account. They charge you a fee to pay your rent. Yes. They charge you rent, gas, sewer, service/set up, trash, water, pest control (and there are still pest and bugs) and when you go to pay it they tack on a fee to pay your fees. I've put in a service request three times and they tell me that maintenance is currently working on a call and won't be able to get to me. It's been three weeks! Now I find that they're charging me a late fee for last month's rent when I'm showing they took it out of my checking account on time. I like this apartment, the gym is average (but it's something), and the pool is nice, but it's not worth them gouging you for every penny and giving you nothing in return. If you like your money getting lost, then Arabella is the place for you.

Plumbing problems forever. Water from the ceiling in the bathroom in the first month I was here. Now plumbers have been drilling and jackhammering every other day for two weeks on the hot water heater, resulting in several days intermittently of no water/no hot water. Save yourself the trouble.

What a night and day difference my original review was compared to this one. My old 5 star review was for the old property management of Arabella. Sadly, I cannot say the new property management deserves a single star. I loved the old Arabella. I lived there for 3 years. The previous staff (up until this summer) were kind, helpful, and made you feel at home. In fact, I was considering a 4th year at Arabella up until the change in property management. The new staff helped me make the decision to leave Arabella due to their nonexistent professionalism (everytime I went to the office, it was like they were looking to pick a fight about something), their unwillingness to explain their new utility billing (and an unwanted belittling response when asking for help), the rude maintenance staff, and the poor upkeep of the property. Look, these buildings are older. Pipes burst when it's cold, air conditioning sometimes smells, walls are paper thin... But it would be bearable if the staff were more welcoming. Perhaps a training opportunity? I hear the old staff moved to a property in highlands ranch FYI ;)
