Arabella has the most unorganized and untrustworthy property managers I have ever worked with. I would NOT recommend living here as numerous errors have gone wrong (incorrect lease, unable to sign lease for 12 days, no working AC, the list goes on and on). The property management group has no idea what they are doing, which is unacceptable. Stay away.

After the complex was sold to new management the complex has gone downhill, as many other reviews reflect. There is high turnover in the management office, maintainence around the complex is lacking while utility bills and "common area maintenance" charges have drastically increased, and the general upkeep of facilities has been unacceptable. We have had issues from day one with new management as the rent drop was vandalized and we were only informed by a late rent notice. The final straw has been a day without water in our apartment, with zero notice of the issue or any information when things will be dealt with. I have really enjoyed living at Arabella for the last several years, but after the new management took over it has left a sour taste and I am looking forward to living elsewhere.

Arabella Apts. located in the DTC is quaint and clean. Regular grounds maintenance, trash pickup, etc. It's near most everything and great because there's only 12 units in each building. Wood housing does mean higher energy bills in dead winter be prepared to pay extra. Old but still sturdy, Arabella is somewhere you can feel safe and sound.

Been living in this community for over an year now. The neighbourhood itself is great and the apartment complex is peaceful. Perhaps a little outdated, but it is well kept and the surroundings are maintained well. What I appreciate the most here is how quite and peaceful it is. The reviews about new management is pretty accurate, I was disappointed in renewing my lease too. However, they have finally invested in seemingly capable and efficient management staffs. The new staffs Josh and Jannette are very efficient and friendly. On-site maintence staff John is friendly too. :-) Yay! Happy days at Arabella again!!
