Don't live here. They will nickel and dime you to absolute pieces. They charge ridiculous "community maintenance" fees, yet they don't treat the parking lot...

I spent a year here and would never renew a lease with Arabella. As mentioned below, the trash piled up at least once or twice because I assume they did not pay for pick up.
They do not snow plow or prepare sidewalks properly so when it snows the entire parking lot becomes an ice rink.
They charge you service fees, CAM charges, etc that are meant to pay for property upkeep, yet do not actually provide upkeep. (Also, this was the first apt complex to charge an extra fee for something that should be included in the rent).
Speaking of fees, if you want to pay your rent online, they charge you $10 to set up an online account and $2.50 every time you make a payment. The online portal doesn't work half of the time and they do not post your rent/utilities until mid day on the first. They also will charge you a late fee and delivery fee if you are a day late. The delivery fee of $95 was because the manager walked to place a late notice on my door.
Long story short, the management at Arabella is one of the worst I have seen and I have lived at various apartments.
In terms of the apartment, if you are in a lower level, you will have issues with spiders. The air conditioner is located in the living room and the air does not reach the bedroom; this makes the bedroom super hot and the living room a decent temperature. The heating units do not work well; there is extremely hot spots on the floor that get so hot that you can't even stand in the same spot for long. Even when I turned the heat off, it was fuming in my apartment.
Please be aware that these apartments might seem like a great place, but don't judge a book by its cover.
I just hope that I will be able to get my deposit back. I will update once I see how move out goes...
