Keith was pleasant to work with on the initial touring and leasing discussion, and then Amanda finished strong with accommodating my neediness and getting me into my apartment sooner than originally planned. Everything was awesome - thanks so much!

I was staying at the Arabella apartments for more than one year now and it was a truly amazing experience for me because I never felt that I am miles away from my home. Arabella apartments are located in the heart of Tech center at a very convenient distance from airport and downtown. Also they have beautiful studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with additional facilities like fitness center, swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area. Special thanks to Keith and Amanda for being so kind and generous over the period of time. These guys have been always extremely helpful. I highly recommend Arabella apartments for short or a long term stay because it is truly a home away for home. Thank you for everything guys and keep up the great work!! Regards, Uday More

Arabella is a great place to live! It is always a gamble when you move into a new apartment - they all seem to be the same. Of course, we had some issues but the staff is so friendly here and they will get to your issues timely. The other tenants here are also really awesome, the pool in the summer was a blast and the hot tub in the winter after a long ski day was crucial. There is a park in walking distance that goes for miles for my energetic boxer - lots of dogs run off leash and everyone at the park is very friendly. The pub next door to Arabella - Whinston's is a great place to be - live music on the weekends and a Browns bar (Ohio reference)! Overall, it is a very safe & fun area. I can't speak for the people who had a bad experience as all the people I talk to who live here seem to enjoy it. Thank you, Arabella for a safe, warm and fun place to live the past two years. Well after four years the nightmare is almost over. What can I say about Arabella except that it has been the one of the worst run properties I’ve ever been apart of. Read the reviews they don’t lie except the ones Arabella puts on its site which don’t include the hundreds of bad reviews. After a stream of managers the last being fired for stealing lying and treating the tenants like animals. We had fbi in here raiding apartments and parking units she was working with them with. But there has been so many lies over the last four years and they’ve gone through so many mangers they have no idea what’s going on. I truly believe Arabella as a company does not care about its tenants and has yet to hire an honest manager. My rent has increased 500 dollars since 2019. check to them went from 1197 to 1755 to 1805 with their fees included for my one bedroom. Every year they increase saying they are matching surrounding areas yet I am moving a half mile up the road for 350 dollars less a month. The reason I moved into Arabella and not the other apartment complex was Arabella was 200 dollars cheaper. Now they are 300 dollars more. I walked In the office sat with a girl for 10 minutes asked her to pull up my lease to see when it’s up. I was told nov 1 with a 60 day notice. So I make appropriate plans and am waiting for my notice to be put on door. When noting came I go walked talk to a different manager,who seems to care even less than the last one , says my lease is up a month after I was told it’s up. I said what’s going on here I was told by your office my lease was up at this date. She says yeah dont know what the girl told you she doesn’t work here anymore then got upset I was upset. You better record every conversation you have with them with your phone because they will tell you wrong information then say they have no responsibility for what was told to you. Maintenance issues are constant and it gets to the point you don’t even want to deal with them which is what they want.I literally watched a girl crying I’m office before me because her unit was flooded and constant appointments to fix it were missedx After four years and constant complaints to corporate they finally set up to replace the potholes in our community. By law we are protected as tenants not to have construction crews and heavy machinery working after 8 pm I believe it’s 5 for within the residential but they had crews screaming and yelling and Machines working until 1 am in the Morning to try to rush complete jobs which is illegal. Multiple packs of residents standing outside at 1 am yelling at these crews. The next day I was told they were suppose to stop at 5pm. And they did it again until 1 am. They lied to rush there work even know laws are put in place to protect us from such things even if the owners are behind doesn’t give them a right to extend past curfew. Thats just in the past month. They refuse to give you information to file a complaint so they say corporate will call you which they won’t. I’ve never had a Complaint yet as a tenant I have to deal with late night partying at the pool which is suppose to be closed and give us some quiet who live above it. A stream of office employees that change so much that if they can’t even help you. Managers that don’t care. Misinformation given to tenants. And they make you feel like it’s your fault they have no idea what’s going on. I didn’t want to move I work across the street. I’m a quiet tenant that lives alone and never had caused problems but had had to deal with so many problems from the lack of caring from this community. Honestly read all the reviews. I have never left a review like this but hopefully will help new tenants be mindful what your getting Into, the trust is completely gone for me from this community. And they didn’t even value me as a tenant that has been one of the longest ones in the community. They have a lot of problems with bad tenants you’d think they would want to keep the little good ones they have left, I’ve seen a mass exodus over the past year from here.
