I signed a short-term lease with Arabella apartment complex and not once was I given any paperwork for a 60-day notification. Did I see once a application of 60 days to vacate is there lease I just went on a short-term lease l.ess than 6 months according to the new law that was passed by the state senate you only have to give 21 days notice on a short-term lease and yeah they charge $150 or $100 on the utilities which I think is BS and also ground fees and place is a dump. I just had surgery I thought it was a good place to recover and have peace of mind but now they're telling me I have to pay another month because I didn't give him 60 days notice to vacate according to state law you only have to give 21 days notice on at least 1 to 6 months kease. No email notification they said they put something out there hanging a piece of paper on the metal clip outside my door this is Colorado the wind blows and there's a lot of weather I never saw any notification it's against the law to put in their contract to make you signed if you want to rent in their dumpy Apartments.... I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and anybody else I can file a complaint with against this apartment complex and their parent company. I told these people from day one and every week that I've been in there after my surgery when I was able to actually get to the office I told him every week that I did not plan on staying past 30 April and not once was I given the form to sign to get them a 60-day notice to vacate.... also I had a pipe burst in my apartment they fixed it but then the drywall guys came in a day or two later and completely trashed my apartment I had to get the apartment complex manager get the cleaning lady on there twice if you get it right big inconvenience for me but they don't care about that..... all they talk about is you signed a contract you owe us money cuz you didn't notify us well I was never given the form for the 60-day vacate I've been in the office at least 15 times telling him I was leaving 30 April not once was I given a piece of paper to sign.....

Run!!!! This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at! First off they lie, we moved in and we told them we were only staying for three months said it was fine, on our last month they said we had to give an additional 60 day notice, the place is run down, old and they have no AC in the bedroom, the heat stays on even when you turn it off also they lied about the pool being open year round, we moved in December and Keith said it was opening back up in a week or two, it’s now March and it’s still closed! They also charge you for about $150 for utilities even though you don’t use them this is the biggest scam and I will be reporting them to the city of Denver to investigate!

I love living here. The apartment is lovely and comfortable. Keith provided a seamless and easy lease process and was very attentive to my living needs. I did not have to create a work order after moving in due to the great job of the maintenance team. The apartment was clean and well put together. Nice paint and modern amenities. The wood burning fireplace is the cherry on top. I would recommend Arabella to anyone looking for a real home.
