I had a great experience living at Arabella. I lived here for a year in a studio apartment, my apartment was in great shape, and had beautiful countertops and appliances that worked well. The pool area is gorgeous, and the grounds are kept up well. It's one of the most affordable places in the DTC and I truly enjoyed my time living there. The office staff is always kind and accommodating. It's a great community and I would definitely recommend it! I would also like to say I was not screwed on my move out at all. I think that was the previous management. The new manager David is very fair and a good communicator and he truly cares about his property.

I had a chance to visit these apartments. There are a lot of places to rent in the area but these seemed clean and well kept.

SCAM ALERT 🚨 They have no intentions on renting out that studio apartment that they show. I guess it’s just an easy 50 bucks for them to cash in on. I just got back my credit report and supposedly my household income was one of the factors to deny me, yet I literally make 3.5 times the rent. They never once gave an offer for a higher security deposit either just a straight denial.

I am not a tenant nor have I ever been one ,but apparently I have rented an apartment there and I don’t know exactly when this happened because there are several different dates on the paperwork from The debt collector. But they are saying I owe them. Basically 26,000. I freaked out when I seen this collection on my credit report because I was working on getting my credit to a good place. I have never seen anything about Arabella apartments on my credit anywhere ever then bam 26,000 dollars from National Credit Systems for Arabella apartments. How is it 26,000 dollars that’s basically saying paperwork was signed then the person basically never paid rent or they did for a couple months then stopped cause there was something about 17,000 and then the rest was damages and that was 9,000. That blows my mind!! I am so pissed off about this and I’m not taking responsibility for this cause it wasn’t me. Ive been living in Lakewood on section 8 since September 2018 at the same damn address my landlord literally lives upstairs in my building. Also There is no possible way that I would have ever been approved for an apartment as I am disabled and don’t work and haven’t since 2016.. I also have 3 children and 2 dogs and one cat that I would add if I applied to any apartment or home. And I would NEVER apply anywhere without my voucher, or jeopardize my section 8 applying to something I know I cannot afford alone. I am a very responsible adult and when it comes to my kids I wouldn’t do anything to hurt them or get our home taken away. From the sounds of It there has been fraudulent things happening at this place for a very long time. How does someone get away with things like this and there are no consequences. They are trying to make me pay for something that was not me. I am not paying for something someone else did or allowed. I also went over the lease they have and there is an electronic signature and they put me as Patricia T Trujillo, I do have a middle name but I don’t ever use it or my initial unless it’s for government purposes or it’s absolutely required that I put my middle name.What’s even more suspicious my daughters father just received a collection from the same creditor National credit Systems for 1400.00 for an apartment in Kentucky and he’s never been there. These apartments need to be investigated and shut down because I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person this has happened to. If anyone else has or is dealing with the same problem please let me know what you are doing to get this issue resolved I disputed with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion and national credit systems as well so we will see how it goes but if anyone is doing anything else please let me know because I am willing to help if needed.
