DO NOT MOVE TO THAT PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I do not recommend this place. I asked for things to get repaired only o get ignored. I had to call emergency repair line bc all the plumbing is backed up and kitchen getting flooded and no one ever responded. Some electrical outlets don't work, wall switches don't work. Completely regretting getting into a lease here. Management will make excuses and unfounded accusations for their poor resident service. H yeah and they love to come into your unit without consent or reason.

H yeah and they love to come into your unit without consent or reason. Update July 2021 It’s been almost 4 months since we had postal service. The manager refers to it as a “slight inconvenience “. I ask for updates almost every month and I don’t know how the answer is always the same 6 to 8 more weeks. The Bassem worked entire year. When I ask when it’s going to be six the answer is also 6 to 8 weeks. I bet next month the answer will be 6-8 weeks. Just imagine moving to a place where they tell you they don’t have mailboxes and refer to it a just a slight inconvenience. If at least the manager was profesional or not rude but in too of that it bothers her when a resident ask for updates for fixes because her memory is bad and she forgets the last lie she had told her tenants.

I stayed here almost a year. When I returned my keys, they did not tell anything. They confirmed that there is no due. After a year, I could see a derogatory mark in my credit history. The worst thing is that they never communicated me via email or call. This is complete irresponsibility of Arabella management. Be careful while leaving the apartment.

I love living here. The apartment is lovely and comfortable. Keith provided a seamless and easy lease process and was very attentive to my living needs. I did not have to create a work order after moving in due to the great job of the maintenance team. The apartment was clean and well put together. Nice paint and modern amenities. The wood burning fireplace is the cherry on top. I would recommend Arabella to anyone looking for a real home.

My entire experience with Arabella Apartments has been a great one thus far. From applying to be a resident, to moving in, to submitting maintenance requests-- 5 stars across the board! I had moved from Florida and wasn't able to view the unit or complex prior to signing a lease, but Keith Spiegelman was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions, showed proficient knowledge in all areas of concern, and made me feel confident in my decision to move here! The maintenance team takes their job very seriously and responds EXTREMELY quickly to requests. The complex is extremely well taken care of, my apartment is gorgeous, neighbors are friendly, and the location is awesome. I'm so happy to have found Arabella!
