WARNING: DO NOT LEASE HERE! Arabella Apartments are fine on the outside and the location is great. But beware: the staff is rude and they dont care about any of their tenants. They continuously mess up rent bonuses/the software doesn't work half the time and they act like it's a huge burden for them to correct their mistake. Oh, and be prepared to spend $150+ in utilities on a one bedroom that you're not even using because it's a set rate for everyone in the complex. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on with your neighbors. Not to mention, you can't control your own heat so it's painfully hot 24/7 to the point where it's unbearable. After several apartment complexes over the years, never have I had an experience as bad as this one. Trust me: stay far, far away! I wish I had!

We were thrilled about moving to Arabella, but quickly learned that it does not come with heat.. after FIVE (5)days of freezing temperatures in our apartment ranging between 53-55degrees they finally adjusted the heat so we can have 61-63 degrees when it’s warmer outside. Bad deal is you still have to pay for the whole buildings heat divided by the number of tenants even if you can’t get yours to an acceptable level ... and the bill is in the hundreds and you still have to pay your Excel power bill on top of the other. Extremely disappointed in the property maintenance and the management.

We are thrilled to be part of the Arabella community. From the beginning to the end of the process of solidifying a home Keith was fabulous! Everything we wanted and need Arabella has from a functional floor plan that is aesthetically pleasing, garage, centralized location, gym, year round hot tub and seasonal pool, affordable rent and amazing community vibe. Arabella has it all with the bonus of having excellent onsite management, so I gave them a 5 star rating -because they have earned it!

Too many wrong things happen in this complex. There is a non existing customer service to residents. Everything in community is either out of service or broken. Its an unsafe place to live to say the least.

I have really liked living here but there has been a dramatic rise in crime, noise, theft, and attacks in the area and it no longer feels safe. Although this isn’t the apartment’s fault, the lack of any kind of protection or oversight for the increasingly abandoned Marina Square has been attracting people to the area where they can get away with causing problems for us. I can’t recommend living here because of that unfortunately.
