These apartments are nothing short of amazing. I relocated 2 weeks ago from Omaha NE to Denver CO and I was so skeptical not being able to see my unit prior to move in but I truly had no reason to fear these apartments are gorgeous and CLEAN quiet and so peaceful pretty much everything I was looking for Keith was amazing so genuine and easy to communicate with he made this move so much easier and I can’t thank him enough! The location is also very beautiful everyone is so friendly and it’s so easy to just relax I also have to mention how clean and up kept not only the property but the surrounding areas too I like to really point that out because that was really important to me. Thank you Arabella and more exclusively Keith!!!!

A comfortable, no bother place to live. Prompt response from the maintenance staff. Easy walking distance to hundreds of places to eat. Plenty of pretty walks for their own sake. Easy to get to three grocery stores and two movie theaters. Quick access to the freeway and the light rail. Quiet unit. Quiet neighborhood. They took care of me.

I do not recommend this place. I asked for things to get repaired only o get ignored. I had to call emergency repair line bc all the plumbing is backed up and kitchen getting flooded and no one ever responded. Some electrical outlets don't work, wall switches don't work. Completely regretting getting into a lease here. Management will make excuses and unfounded accusations for their poor resident service. H yeah and they love to come into your unit without consent or reason. Update July 2021 It’s been almost 4 months since we had postal service. The manager refers to it as a “slight inconvenience “. I ask for updates almost every month and I don’t know how the answer is always the same 6 to 8 more weeks. The Bassem worked entire year. When I ask when it’s going to be six the answer is also 6 to 8 weeks. I bet next month the answer will be 6-8 weeks. Just imagine moving to a place where they tell you they don’t have mailboxes and refer to it a just a slight inconvenience. If at least the manager was profesional or not rude but in too of that it bothers her when a resident ask for updates for fixes because her memory is bad and she forgets the last lie she had told her tenants.

Worst apartment complex to ever rent from. After all of the extra monthly charges you'll be paying over $1500 for a one bedroom with no A/C in the bedroom....

Nicole and Ana made the application quick and easy! Been here for about 2 weeks and have enjoyed the time here so far!

Thumbs Up! Could be worse but hey..... really cant beat the location and amenities.

I had such a great experience with the ladies in the office. Ana was a delight to work with. The only reason I did not was because my home purchase fell through. If/when I am in the market to rent, I'll be back. Thank you!
