This is bar none the worst apartment I have ever lived in my entire life. If you value your health, money, credit score, and mental sanity, I beg you, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Nicole, the property manager, is an absolute slum lord, will lie to you, steal from you, and has no business overseeing your living conditions.
1. This place will wreck your credit and I am not the only one, there are several other reviews on Google Reviews of the same thing.. Arabella messed up the payment portal, billed me several charges upwards $2000, after having already payed them in full in the office, then rather than contacting me of their mistake, sent me to a credit collection agency, which never reached out to me directly, and reported me to the the major credit bureaus. My credit score prior was in the 800's, never had a late payment in my life, no negative hits, now I have my first negative record on my credit score. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Still dealing with this issue for the record going on close to 2 months.
2. My downstairs neighbor smoked indoors, despite being a "smoke free property, which lofted up into my apartment. The staff did nothing about it, despite issuing warnings without repercussion.
3. I have reason to believe my downstairs neighbor was either cooking and/or smoking meth/crack. My unit always had a strong chemical odor in it, which I had initially attributed to commercial carpet cleaner for move in. Come to find out, upon meeting my neighbor on the first day of move him, he alluded to I ever need anything (drugs) to let him know.
4. This place is mold infested! There are several reports of water damage at this property and the musty odor of mold is very apparent. My spouse and I have severe mold allergies and we developed hives and respiratory issues upon the first day of moving in. Between no sunshine in many of the units, consistent 50%+ humidity in the units, this place is a breeding ground for mold.
5. This place has pink slime (Serratia marcescens) in the bathroom, which is a toxic airborne bacteria. Despite numerous efforts, HEPA air purifier, bleaching, etc, this slime remained persistent.
6. My health DRASTICALLY declined here and I was forced to break my lease within 2 months of living there. I had to pay in full, there was no reimbursement.
7. I counted upwards of 15 or so broken maintenance items prior to my move in, all of which the staff said would be addressed prior to my move in. Not once did the staff come inside in the 2 months of living here to fix any of my problems, despite consistent requests.
8. The property is disgusting and not taken care of, not to mention the hot tub which apparently hadn't been serviced in over a year and looked like a mosquito infested mud pit.
9. Shared washer and driers will ruin your clothes with whatever mold/bacteria has contaminated them. Absolutely disgusting.

I was trying to lease an apartment. I called and spoke with Nicole, the property manager. I was approved and was waiting for the welcome letter in order to get started with my move. Itâs been 7 days since I found out I was approved and still have not received anything or any calls. I called her 5xâs to find out what was happening and every time she was extremely rude! One time she even mentioned that she had something more important to take care of. What is more important than leasing your apartments? Shouldnât tenants be the main priority? When she speaks to me I feel extremely disrespected. Iâm wondering if this treatment has anything to do with my skin color because I have been nothing but nice and respectful to this person. If management reads this review, I hope that they either give this person some more training on customer service or maybe find someone better for this position but 99% of the time these honest reviews are deleted or ignored. If management is wondering why apartments are not being rented it just might be because of her.

Love the management team!! I enjoy the great communication about the complex and their support through issues I've personally experienced. I was referred by a friend that has lived here for more than 5 years and I understand why she's still a tenant.
