Nicole is amazing so friendly great customer service! Nicole gave me a tour of the whole property, the pool look so refreshing I almost wanted to jump in. The studio so big for being a studio. I can definitely picture my self living here!!

Leasing office is bad at communication. Called me the day before my lease asking when I was going to pick up my keys and was confused when I told them my lease started tomorrow. I sent renters insurance many many times and they said they didn't have it but didn't communicate that to me until I asked if they had everything. They would be great if they just communicated! UPDATE: Don't move here. Cant fix anything, my dryer broke costing me $365 in utilities and they refuse to compensate even though it's taken them a while to get me a new drier. My car was broken into, you have to call 20 times (literally) to get a hold of anyone at the office.

I was a resident for 2 years. Keith was absolutely amazing to work with in the office. They recently got a new “manager” Nicole who is far from being good at her job or customer service. I moved out in Jan 2022. I sent in money I owed to them and reached out to Nicole to confirm recent as I hadn’t seen it hit my bank account. She confirmed in April my funds had been received. Come August, I get a call from a collection agency saying I had a collection from Arabella. Customer service aside, Nicole lacks common decency to let someone know that it was not in fact received and to resend or cancel check that was sent in. I can’t get in touch with her manager. If Nicole is still manager at this apartment complex. Refrain from signing a lease!!!

These reception people have no professional ethics. I will save my comments. well these people put a piece of paper indicating to vacate the apartment at the end of the month, so I cordially asked the reception what the reason was and they did not give any answer, so our next home is the street at least they should explain

I don’t really know where to began about the leasing manager Nicole. I came in on a Monday morning at 9:00 and spoke with the front desk lady, asking her a few questions about the towing company. She told me she really didn’t have much information and I needed to wait until Nicole got there. When she finally arrived 30 minutes later, she seemed very flustered and hostile. I was waiting in the office and she told me to go talk to her assistant but all I needed was a phone number for the towing company. She told me that I needed to wait 45 minutes until she got settled in. Now I understand that Monday morning can be hard but when a tenant is coming and asking for help (a very small favor) wouldn’t you want to help them out instead of impending on them and escalating a situation. I know I’m not the first one she has been very aggressive towards but I hope I can be last. In the end, she made me feel arrogant for even coming in and asking for help. I hope this post doesn’t get deleted so other people can be prepared before they speak with Nicole.
