They literally saved my family’s life. Nicole worked tirelessly to get us approved. We ran into a little speed bump during our approval process. Without Nicole and the extra effort she put fourth for us, we would have never gotten this opportunity. We are internally grateful to her and the Arabella Managers. If you are looking for a place to live and you haven’t had luck else where, and you may be thinking about giving up, stop by The Arabella and ask for Nicole. So I have been apartment hunting for a couple weeks. We have dealt with rude unwelcoming staff at many different locations. Places have been dirty way over priced and just had an uncomfortable feel. My wife and I walked in to the Arabella and met NICOLE. She was right off so inviting and friendly and made us feel at home before we even saw an apartment. She was informative and helpful. She brought us IMMEDIATELY over to an apartment they had available and gave us a walk through. She explained everything, what it would cost, what the qualifications were and what amenities they offered. She was fun energetic and really cool to talk to. Like I said apartment hunting hasn’t been pleasant but she changed that. She worked with us as our income and stuff was a little extra to go through but she sat down and went through everything never making us feel like a bother or a burden. Because of the way she made us feel, how nice the apartment was and what the price was, we have chosen to make this our home. Thank you so much NICOLE and the ENTIRE ARABELLA STAFF!! The apartments themselves are decent: upgraded, decently maintained, etc. I do not recommend the top floor units to anyone with asthma, dust allergies, or related issues as there is a surplus of dust on all the vaulted surfaces like the fan blades and above the cabinets (I don't think they've been properly cleaned since the building was built!). Temperature control is old school, so be prepared to be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I really caution people away from this place due to management. 1. It took three months from when I moved in until my patio was usable. I understand waiting for lumber, waiting for the snow to melt, etc. but I rarely, if ever, received proactive communication from the office about when it would be repaired. Initially I was gaslit about "we already told you..." when they hadn't, and then was told "this weekend" "next weekend" "next weekend" over and over (note that I was told this after I inquired, it was never shared with me "willingly". 2. The worst offense: they will put random charges onto your account without telling you!! When you ask for information on the charge, they'll give a vague explanation like an accounting error from six months ago, but will refuse to provide documentation. I've requested documentation and notice for the charge three times now and, you guessed it, zero communication. They're thieves and will ruin you. Don't move here.
