Anytime that I requested maintenance for my unit I have always been helped in a timely fashion. I appreciate the staff and all they do to help the tenants enjoy living here. Keep up the good work.

I love being part of this community. David, Evelyn, Fernando and Nate always go above and beyond for each resident. My mom recently got diagnosed with cancer and I had to change plans on moving to a bigger apartment with everything going on, Evelyn and David have been amazing in helping me renew my current lease and always get back to me with the most empathy and kindness. Thank you for making this community feel like home David, Evelyn, Fernando and Nate.

The bad: Every month I feel as if I am being over charged. There are random fees tacked onto my bill every month - typically about $150-200 worth of random fees. I wish these fees were just added into the advertised rent price when I signed. I get they are normal charges every apt complex does, but the fact that they weren’t initially included in the base rent price is very frustrating when trying to make a budget. The good: I really like my apartment, granite countertops, nice appliances, decent heating and cooling, pest free, fairly quiet. Xfinity has been fairly reliable as well. It’s the perfect little place for me. The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. The pool is well kept as are the grounds. The location is perfect for those who work in DTC. I would give it a 5/5 if it weren’t for those extra fees tacked on every month.

Be prepared for them to add on at least $200-300 worth of charges on every month. They are manipulative in how they advertise low monthly rent… but then figure out ways to nickel and dime the hell out of you. I wouldn’t have a problem with the extra charges if they were properly advertised in the lease agreement. I confronted them about these and they told me “Denver passed a law that these extra fees have to be included in the base rent and it goes into effect in 2026” welllllll if it’s a becoming a law then doesn’t that signal to you that it was unethical for you to do in the first place? Other than that I’ve enjoyed living here. Great location, decent amenities, friendly staff. Just be prepared to pay around $300 more than what you signed up for :)

I really enjoy living here. When I have had to go into the office, Evelyn is so friendly every time I have gone in there. Such a sweet person. Dave is a great guy. I have spoken to him as well a few times and each and every time he has answered the questions that I have had. I have to say those two are great working here for Arabella.

There have been many trials and tribulations in the four years that I have lived here and some turnover in the managers of the place but this property has figured it out. It’s a good place now and you can thank Evelyn for this. She works hard and really takes care of her people that she signs up and leases to. I’ll stay here as long as she’s here to help residents. Just moved into a one-bedroom at Arabella Apartments in Denver Tech Center. The quiet neighborhood is perfect, and everyone’s so friendly! Spacious layout, heated pool, and gym are great. Pet-friendly with a dog park. Staff is super helpful. Love it here!

There is a couple who screams at each other outside at least three times a week. Can you PLEASE do something about them

Stairs are so rickety. The wood is splintering and you can't even grab the handrail without messing up your hand. Matinance doesn't know how to repair anything and there are never light bulbs in the outside lights. They are severe accident waiting to happen.
